Hello Team, We want to know if there is any flag or field in the order API response which give us an idea or which indicates about which order to be fulfilled by FBA or fulfilled by merchant i.e. us as we want only those orders which are fulfilled by merchant only. We want to full merchant fulfillment orders using API. Also will you explain if is there way where we can just pull merchant orders only and skip the FBA order These two query either any one option will be useful for us to achieve our requirement. API POST Order

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to post an order directly to sellbrite by using the API with Zoho Inventory for example. Zoho inventory is one of our sales channel, we want to be able to create a custom sales channel managed by api, to send orders directly to sellbrite. This way we can bypass using Amazon mws directly. Inventory is not getting updated

I am trying to update inventory via API. I am getting response - "Request received", but the inventory value is not updated, I have waited for long enough. This was working fine and stopped a couple of days ago, I have made no changes in the code. 504 Gateway Timeout "Endpoint request timed out"

To whom it may concern, I've been experiencing a "504 Gateway Timeout -- Endpoint request timed out" message ever since the server/database upgrades since last Friday 1/21. My automated server was working fine before this change. Is this an issue on Sellbrite's end or are we in need of changing our API requests?

shipment API / Order not Found, or no implicit conversion of Symbol into Integer

I am having issues with the shipment API. We use a similar process to update inventory via POST, but we are unable to get tracking to work at all. Shopify / Amazon orders not updating

Amazon orders get imported to Shopify just fine but the problem occurs when we ship in Shopify. We will make the labels in Shopify but they don’t get updated in amazon. I checked on sellbrite and saw that there is some sort of error with the warehouse assignment but we only have 1 warehouse so I’m wondering if that’s the cause on why it won’t update. This is a new problem that came out of no where. We’ve been using sellbrite for quite some time now too

Test Data

In order to finish the testing phase on our integration, we require testing data / orders from Sellbrite but could not find any in the testing environment. We have an active account. Is there a different place to source this kind of data? Many thanks,

Zero Inventory in Shopify - Still sold on Amazon

What am I doing wrong? I get updates that the inventory is syncing, but maybe I'm misunderstanding how it works? An item was listed on Shopify and Amazon. It sold on Shopify. Weeks later, it sold on Amazon, but I have zero in stock.

SKU ID Question

Hello, When attempting to call the Inventory Endpoint of your API (https://api.sellbrite.com:443/v1/inventory) and use the PATCH Method to update the available quantity of a given SKU, we invoke a 404 Error with the Response Payload indicating that the Product cannot be found, when in fact the Product very much exists. Your API Documentation only specifies a "SKU", so I would assume your platform automatically reconciles product/variant but that seems to not be the case. sku

Hi. I have been testing out the API and am running into an issue with passing a sku when upserting a new product. Using the cUrl POST /products/{sku} example that is provided in the reference, I changed this line to: -d '{ "name": "APITEST9", "sku":"TestSKU9"}' The product gets created, but the sku field is filling in the value "sku" and not what was passed in the API call. Please note that if the same test is performed with the "Try it" button, it passes and creates the sku correctly with the field value as above. Please let me know. Thanks!

Timeout when pulling data for a large date range (anything above 1000 orders)

I am not being able to fetch all the data for a date range that is higher than 5 days or more. When i see the orders, it looks as if only 1000 records are being pulled up, if I ask for more, the loader keeps loading and then times out.

Hello, We are no longer able to pull data from your server. We are getting 401 Unauthorized errors along with error messages that says {"error":"Your Sellbrite plan does not qualify for API access."}. Could someone please investigate and advise? I want to fetch only specific channel orders, not want to save all orders can you guys please help me with this?

Inventory Sync with external channels

Are there any guides to integrate inventory and orders with external channels such as Back Market, Swappa, and Liquidation.com?

retrieve any new orders after 8/24/2021

We are unable to retrieve any new orders after 8/24/2021 via API for our Amazon store orders...last order we were able to retreive on 8/24/2021 was so_order_seq = 3717, nothing after that. Please fix ASAP This actually started when our amazon Authorization date for Sellbrite expired and we renewed it on 8/31/2021. We updated our API to the newly provided credentials we are using the correct account token and secret key. We are not receiving any errors for credentials authentications, but we are unable to retrieve any orders. Please advise asap Anna
